1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Finance Astery, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to financeastery@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and young users
You must be at least 10 years old to use Finance Astery. Users under 10 must not create an account, enter personal information or use the service. Users aged 10–12 may use an account only after a parent or legal guardian receives Finance Astery’s notice through a secure email link and actively approves the account. Guest mode is not available to users aged 10–12. Users aged 13 or older do not need separate guardian permission solely because of age under Finance Astery’s product policy.
Finance Astery records an age range rather than a birth date. Users must choose their age range honestly, guardians must truthfully confirm their relationship, and guardian approval may be connected to only one child account. A guardian may withdraw approval by contacting financeastery@gmail.com; affected access may then be locked and associated data may be deleted upon a verified request. If applicable law requires a different consent process or age threshold, the legally required protection still applies.
Young users should involve a trusted adult in purchases, ownership of important accounts and significant real-world financial decisions.
3. What Finance Astery provides
Finance Astery provides educational content, financial calculators, goals, planning tools, saved simulations, progress features and explainable guidance. Results depend on the information and assumptions entered by the user. Benchmarks, examples and projections may become outdated or differ from real-world conditions.
4. Not financial advice
Nothing in Finance Astery is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold an investment or financial product. The service does not act as a financial adviser, broker, lender, bank, tax adviser or legal adviser. You remain responsible for checking information and making decisions based on your needs, circumstances and, where appropriate, qualified professional advice.
5. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate basic account information and keep it current.
- Protect your password and account access.
- Do not share authentication links, tokens or verification codes.
- Notify financeastery@gmail.com if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Finance Astery, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, scrape or overload the service, impersonate another person, violate applicable law, or use the service to harm others. Do not enter PAN, Aadhaar, card details, UPI PINs, bank passwords or other unnecessary sensitive credentials.
7. Astery AI
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, uncertain or incorrect. They are provided for financial education and planning support, not guaranteed predictions or personalised investment instructions. Check important information independently. Finance Astery may limit or suspend AI access to protect users, providers or the service.
8. Your content and feedback
You keep ownership of information you enter. You give Finance Astery the limited permission needed to process it for operating and improving the features you request. If you voluntarily submit feedback, you permit Finance Astery to use it to improve the service, without publicly identifying you unless you separately agree.
9. Finance Astery materials
The Finance Astery name, logo, interface, original educational material and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms allow personal, non-exclusive and revocable use of the service. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation except where law expressly allows it.
10. Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. Features may be added, limited or removed to improve safety, reliability or product direction. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate material changes, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for serious misuse, security risk, legal requirements or repeated violation of these Terms. You may stop using Finance Astery at any time and request account or data deletion by contacting financeastery@gmail.com.
12. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Finance Astery is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every result will be accurate or suitable for a particular decision. Finance Astery is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on projections, third-party services or user-entered assumptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without removing consumer rights that apply in your location. Please contact financeastery@gmail.com first so concerns can be reviewed in good faith. Any unresolved matter will be handled by the competent courts and authorities under applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as Finance Astery develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
